These are the general terms and conditions for the supply of our products (the "Products") on our website. Please read these terms carefully before placing an order on our site. Your use of our site signifies your agreement to the Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, and Terms of Use, whether or not you have registered with our site. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, or our Terms of Use, please refrain from using our site.

YOUR STATUS

You may only purchase products from us if:

You are legally capable of entering into a binding contract with us (for example, in England and Wales, you must be of legal age); You are the authorized user of the credit or debit card with which you pay for your order; You reside in a country served by our delivery services.

CONTRACT BETWEEN YOU AND US

Upon placing your order, you should receive an email from us confirming that we have received your order (but please contact us if you do not receive this email). This does not mean your order has been accepted. All orders are subject to availability and our approval (which we may refuse for any reason). When placing your order, we will immediately contact your bank or card issuer to obtain authorization to debit your account for payment. We will process your order only once payment has been received in full. If we accept your order, we will confirm this by sending you another email indicating that the order is being processed for shipment, at which point the contract between us (the "Contract") is formed. Once you place your order, we will begin processing it, meaning you cannot amend it before delivery. However, you can return your Products in accordance with these terms or our Return Policy. From time to time, we may make minor changes to a Product to reflect changes in applicable laws and legal requirements. We are not required to retain a copy of your agreement. We recommend you keep a copy of these terms and your order.

DELIVERY

Your order will be processed on the delivery date stated in the shipping confirmation or, if no date is specified, as soon as possible (depending on the delivery service chosen by you). In any case, delivery will take place within 30 days of the conclusion of your Contract. If no one is present at your address to receive the delivery and the Products cannot be delivered to your mailbox or a secure location after three attempts, we may terminate the Contract. Delivery of your order will occur when we have delivered the Products to the address you provided, at which point the Products become your responsibility. We retain ownership of a product(s) until we have received full payment for that product(s). The images of products on our site and other advertising materials are for illustrative purposes only. Your products may vary slightly from these images. While we make every effort to display the colors of our products accurately, we cannot guarantee that your computer, computer system, or other device can accurately read the colors of our products. We cannot guarantee that your computer, tablet, or mobile device will accurately display the colors or images of our products. Business days exclude weekends and holidays. If you wish to dispute the delivery of your order, you have 30 days from the day the tracking status of your order is updated by the carrier as "fulfilled" (i.e., updated as delivered to the address stated in the shipping confirmation). We reserve the right to request proof of delivery before proceeding with a refund of the price paid and/or associated delivery costs.

FREE DELIVERY

Enjoy free delivery for orders over €75 if you reside in the Netherlands.

PRICE AND PAYMENT

The price of the products is the price displayed on our site in euros. The prices on our site include VAT at the rate applicable on the date indicated but exclude delivery charges, which must be paid additionally and will be displayed separately during checkout. We may change the prices on our site at any time without prior notice, but changes will not affect orders already accepted. However, if the VAT rate changes after the date of your order, we will adjust the VAT rate you pay unless you have fully paid for the products before the VAT becomes effective. We accept payment by bank card, credit card & paypal. You must pay for the products (plus any delivery charges), and we will charge the card you have chosen to pay for your order on the final billing page after you submit your order. We will immediately contact your bank or card issuer to obtain authorization to debit your account. If we accept and process your order when it contains a clear and unequivocal price mistake that can easily be identified as a pricing error, we may terminate the contract, refund all amounts paid under the contract, and reclaim the delivered goods. If you wish to use a discount coupon for your order, you must enter the applicable code during online checkout. You may use only one promotional code per order, and additional terms may apply to each promotional code. We reserve the right to refuse a promotional code that is not valid for your order or whose validity period has expired.

RETURNS

You have 30 days to return your items from the day you receive your order. This return period starts on the day you receive your order. For more information on returns, please see our Return Policy.

YOUR RIGHT TO REFUND

We will refund the price paid for the products. However, please note that we may reduce the refund amount if the product is returned in poor condition. If we refund the price you paid before inspecting the goods and later discover that you have handled them in an unacceptable manner, you must pay us the appropriate amount. We do not refund shipping costs you may have paid when placing your order or costs related to your payment method. DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS OR DELIVERY ERROR

We are legally obligated to provide products in accordance with the contract. Nothing in these terms affects your legal rights regarding defective products. If you believe a product supplied by us is defective, please email info.capracore@gmail.com We reserve the right to request evidence, such as photos of the defect, before proceeding with a refund of the price paid and/or associated delivery costs.

OUR RIGHTS TO CANCEL THE CONTRACT

We may cancel the contract at any time by sending you a letter if:

You fail to pay us on time; You fail to provide us with the information necessary for the delivery of the goods within a reasonable time after our request; You fail to enable us to deliver the goods to you within a reasonable time.
