Return Conditions

Timeframe: Returns must be requested within 14 days of the purchase date.
Product Condition: The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
Exceptions: Items such as underwear, socks, and other hygienic products cannot be returned. Sale items can only be exchanged and are not eligible for a refund.
How to Request a Return

Exchanges: If you wish to exchange a product, the shipping costs for sending the replacement product will be covered by us.
